These Terms of Use (“ToU”) govern access to and use of the website www.unziptech.ma and the services provided by STE UNZIPTECH SARL(“Unziptech”, “we”), a limited liability company under Moroccan law, registered under ICE number 003976166000014, with its registered office at Bureau n°23, 5e étage, Les Bureaux Alwaha, n°10 rue Machraa Belksiri VN, Fès 30000, Maroc.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unziptech endeavours to keep the Website accessible and up to date. However, the company cannot guarantee:

10. Force Majeure

Unziptech shall not be liable for non-performance or delayed performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure under Moroccan law — including: natural disasters, armed conflicts, large-scale cyberattacks, network outages, governmental decisions, or any other cause beyond Unziptech's control.

11. Modifications to These ToU

Unziptech reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, or commercial changes. Continued use of the Website after the publication of new ToU constitutes acceptance thereof.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fès (Morocco).
